Refund and Returns Policy

General Information

When you place an order through our website, you agree to the pre-contractual information form and the distance selling contract. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (including any customs fees) are the responsibility of the buyer. The product will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer within 30 days, provided it does not exceed the legal period.

Product Delivery

The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specified characteristics in the order, and accompanied by any relevant documents such as warranty certificates or user manuals.

Unforeseen Delays

If unforeseen circumstances prevent timely delivery of the product, the buyer will be notified. In such cases, the buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is resolved.

Payment Issues

Failure to pay the product price:

  • If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment through their bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases. Unauthorized credit card usage:
  • If unauthorized usage of the buyer’s credit card is detected after product delivery, and the payment is not made to the seller, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the seller.

Returns and Refunds

  • If the product is not delivered within the specified time, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract.
  • If the product cannot be sold due to unforeseen reasons, the seller must notify the buyer within 3 days and refund the total amount within 14 days.
